I followed the training “Leading and coaching people and teams” given by Herlinde. A perfect start of the coaching trajectory that I am now going through. The training not only made it clear that there was a click with Herlinde herself, but also with her approach: methodically and with the necessary exercises. Exercises that we often used in the rest of the course and that also gave me the opportunity to do the necessary self-reflection in between.
Result after 12 months: stronger, more peace, more self-confidence and above all more fun in the things I do. Highly recommended for every manager!
