Individual coaching sessions take approximately half a day. The location of these sessions can be agreed between coach and participant. The frequency and number of sessions will vary, based on the size of the project and the agreed trajectory.
A team coaching process is custom made and is a dialogue between those involved.

Herlinde Anthonissen grew up in a family of business owners and was raised with a strong sense of entrepreneurship: customer centricity and quality of service are critical.
After graduating from university, Herlinde founded Puzzel in 1984, one of the first independent multidisciplinary outpatient centres for learning disabilities in Flanders. Through trial and error, she learned to build and run an organisation successfully. In 1988, Herlinde also founded a thriving practice for people with stress and burnout symptoms.
In 1999, she founded Cenzes Managementacademy to share her experience and expertise with organisations through coaching and consulting. Cenzes Managementacademy is now a well-trusted partner for entrepreneurs, executives, management teams and boards to guide their teams and develop their organisations.
