The first interview serves as an acquaintance and exchange of initial information.
As a potential client, you will share your questions and expectations and introduce yourself and/or your organisation.
Cenzes Managementacademy will then provide an overview of the options regarding coaching and training sessions and/or workshops.

Individual coaching
Individual coaching sessions take approximately half a day. The location of these sessions can be agreed between coach and participant. The frequency and number of sessions will vary, based on the size of the project and the agreed trajectory.
Team sessionss
A team coaching process is custom made and is a dialogue between those involved.
The sessions can be organized both within the company and externally. The number of sessions and the frequency vary depending on the size of the project and the chosen trajectory.

Internal training sessions
Our clients engage us to host internal training sessions.
The advantage of internal training sessions is that you are able to work on

organisation.
Participants experience our internal training sessions as strong team building
opportunities.
Guest lecturer
For many years Cenzes Managementacademy has been a trusted guest lecturer
for a variety of organisations and university colleges.
Consulting
Herlinde consults business leaders, management teams and boards of directors.
Follow-up
Cenzes Managementacademy strongly believes in thorough follow-up of its clients.
During these follow-up sessions, the coach will assess the acquired skills and knowledge and test their effectiveness.
If required, it is possible to plan additional follow-up sessions.

Herlinde Anthonissen grew up in a family of business owners and was raised with a strong sense of entrepreneurship: customer centricity and quality of service are critical.
After graduating from university, Herlinde founded Puzzel in 1984, one of the first independent multidisciplinary outpatient centres for learning disabilities in Flanders. Through trial and error, she learned to build and run an organisation successfully. In 1988, Herlinde also founded a thriving practice for people with stress and burnout symptoms.
In 1999, she founded Cenzes Managementacademy to share her experience and expertise with organisations through coaching and consulting. Cenzes Managementacademy is now a well-trusted partner for entrepreneurs, executives, management teams and boards to guide their teams and develop their organisations.
Herlinde is highly regarded for her professional approach, her experience and her direct and results oriented way of working. Over the course of her career, she has built an extensive network and collaborated with a variety of organisations as a coach, advisor, guest lecturer and speaker.
Personal coach, business consultant, trainer, guest teacher, has been guiding people towards their own leadership and management through personal coaching and teamwork for more than 25 years.
